Beam Cool Steam Eye Mask

The Beam Cool Steam Eye Mask utilizes both Cold and Heat Therapy. 

• Cold therapy - cooling gels to rejuvenate, tighten, and release tension from the skin. 
• Heat therapy - warming gels and self-heating pads to improve blood circulation and reduce stress. 

Reusable Gels

• Cold Therapy - Place clear gels in the refrigerator or freezer for 15-20 minutes 

• Heat Therapy - Place clear gels in microwave on low for 10-15 seconds.

• Insert gels into eye mask pockets, place on eyes and strap to fit from the back. 

 

WARNING: Make sure clear gels do not exceed 15 seconds in microwave. 

 

Self Heating Pads

• Heat Therapy - Remove a pair of self-heating pads from packaging and insert into eye mask sleeves. 

• Pads will warm up within 30 seconds.

• Use immediately. Wear mask over closed eyes. Relax for 10-15 minutes. 

 

*Dispose of used heating pads.
