Reusable Gels
- Cold Therapy - Place clear gels in the refrigerator or freezer for 15-20 minutes
- Heat Therapy - Place clear gels in microwave on low for 10-15 seconds.
- Insert gels into headband pockets, place on forehead and strap to fit from the back.
WARNING: Make sure clear gels do not exceed 15 seconds in microwave.
Self Heating Pads
- Heat Therapy - Remove a pair of self-heating pads from packaging and insert into headband sleeves.
- Pads will warm up within 30 seconds.
